1. Service Description

Nimi Wiki (the "Site") provides media links and related information from external platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky. Original media files remain on the respective providers' servers. The Site does not directly produce, upload or host them. Providing links, previews or rankings does not grant rights to, warrant or endorse the material.

2. Users and Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old and meet the age of majority required where they reside. Users are responsible for checking the rights, permissions and applicable laws governing their use of the service and material.

Users are responsible for managing their accounts and credentials and for the content they create or submit. Authors retain the rights to their posts and grant the Site a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them as necessary to operate, display and manage the service. Information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions

Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual material, unlawful deepfakes, infringement of others' rights, spam and interference with the service are prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site may hide or remove material or posts and restrict or terminate accounts or access to the service without prior notice for violations, security or operational needs.

4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Responsibility for the content, publication, hosting, rights clearance and provision of original material rests with its producers and publishers and the platform operators that host and provide it. The Site is not the owner, publisher or hosting operator of external original material and has no authority to manage or delete material on the originating servers.

Requests to remove external originals or third-party copies must be directed to the relevant publisher or hosting provider. The Site's actions are limited to its own links, displays and posts; it does not assume those parties' obligations to remove or modify external originals or copies. Taking action does not constitute an admission of infringement or legal liability. Copyright notices are subject to the DMCA Policy.

The service is provided as is and as available. The Site does not warrant the lawfulness, accuracy or safety of external material, continued service availability, successful downloads, or the preservation or recovery of data. External platforms, advertisements and linked services operate under their respective providers' responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for damages arising from the content of or rights infringements involving external original material, use of external material or services, service interruptions or data loss, or for indirect or incidental damages. Liability and user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are not limited.

5. Reports, Contact and Changes

The Site reviews and processes content removal requests only when submitted directly through its official channels. We do not respond to reports submitted or forwarded through external services, including hosting providers.

Inquiries, reports and other requests concerning the service may be submitted through the Site's features or the official channels below. Relevant policies apply according to the nature of the request, and additional information may be requested where needed for review.
