1. Copyright Notices

Rightsholders or their representatives who believe that links or references displayed on Nimi Wiki infringe copyright may submit a written notice through the official contact channels.

Notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) should include:

1. The signature of the rightsholder or an authorized representative
2. Identification of the work claimed to be infringed
3. Sufficient location information to find the reported link or reference on the Site
4. The complainant's contact details, including name, address, telephone number and email
5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rightsholder, its representative or the law
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act on the rightsholder's behalf

2. Scope of Action

Valid notices are reviewed expeditiously. Where necessary, additional information is requested or the relevant link or reference is removed or restricted. Repeat infringers may have their access restricted or terminated. Objections to actions may be submitted through the same channels and are reviewed under applicable law.

External originals are published and hosted under the responsibility of their publishers and the platforms that host and provide them. Requests to remove or modify originals must be directed to those parties. The Site has no authority to delete or modify external originals and acts only on its own links, displays and access. Such action does not constitute an admission of infringement or legal liability.
